Today was fairly normal, apart from the odd oddity.

My house-mate Squeeky (who lives in the room above me) started making strange squeeking noises. Now, I guess you think this is fairly normal but not for him - he's normally as quiet as a mouse! (Heh, what a comedy drum kit moment!) I don't think anyone knew whether he was kinda sick or just kinda weird. I vote for 'kinda weird'. He's curly haired after all. Almost like he's made up of giant grey pubic hairs...

eww...

So yeah... my room got cleaned today. Always feels a bit odd when my room gets cleaned... doesn't smell like it's mine. Just smells of trees and things... which I guess is not a bad smell but kind of ironic for a domestic hamster.

Oooh! And I got such a cool treat from the postwoman yesterday! I was just pottering about, tidying up my room when through the bars comes this orange gooey mess! Now, I feel it would be somewhat foolish of me to turn down anything vaguely interesting so I scooped up all the goo and had a lick. It was all cold and sweet!!! I've never had anything like it!! Not only that but I got a crunchy salty thing that was yummy too. Couldn't fit that in my cheeks without it scratching my mouth to pieces though. Definitely not regular hammy food!

That's about everything that's happened today. I'm gonna run around my room and jump off my stairs for a while, I have way too much excess energy!
